Body sculpt is a group personal training class with an excellent community vibe.
Working on building your strength, endurance, fitness levels - this class is for those wanting to FEEL like they have worked out 💪🏽 who want to work on technique with fitness movements & see personal improvements.
All fitness levels welcome, you start at your weight range & over time improve; getting stronger and fitter.
Each week is different: a team workout. Mini workouts. Kettlebells, body weight, circuits....something to keep you on your toes 🙌🏻
We will be playing squash & Racketball each in singles and doubles format. There will be xmas tunes playing and the odd prize for something random.
From 7-8pm pile through for last orders in the Copper Bar Brampton Manor
